It includes a consolidated Competency-Based Assessment Report that outlines each candidate’s strengths, development areas, readiness profile, and the consultant’s recommendations.
How long does it take to receive the report?
The report is usually delivered within one week after all activities are completed.
Who will assess the candidates?
Our seasoned HR–OD Consultant will serve as the primary assessor, who will determine candidates’ readiness to assume critical roles. As needed, additional assessors may be appointed from the relevant departments within both the client organization and Profiles.
How long do the simulation activities take?
The duration depends on the type and number of activities selected.
What simulation activities are included?
The activities may include case analysis, individual presentations, behavioral interviews, group discussions or role playing, and in-tray exercises.
