Who will assess the candidates?
Our seasoned HR–OD Consultant will serve as the primary assessor, who will determine candidates’ readiness to assume critical roles. As needed, additional assessors may be appointed from the relevant departments within both the client organization and Profiles.
What is included in the final report?
It includes a consolidated Competency-Based Assessment Report that outlines each candidate’s strengths, development areas, readiness profile, and the consultant’s recommendations.
How long does it take to receive the report?
The report is usually delivered within one week after all activities are completed.

What is the minimum number of participants?
You can start with a minimum of one participant.
