Meet the Speakers
Mr. Malvinn is a Registered Psychometrician and Director of Assessment Services & Quality Assurance and Compliance at Profiles Asia Pacific Inc., with over a decade of experience in psychometric assessment, data privacy governance, and organizational quality systems. He holds a BS in Psychology from Centro Escolar University and has completed 54 graduate units toward a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at the University of Santo Tomas.


Ms. Pam is a Licensed Psychometrician since 2015 and a graduate of BS Psychology from Centro Escolar University – Manila. She currently serves as Assessment Services Manager at Profiles Asia Pacific, Inc. where she has been with the company for 18 years.
Her expertise combines psychometrics, people development, and data-driven decision-making to support effective talent assessment and organizational growth.
