Once the holiday season is over and the parties are finished, it will be important to get your workforce motivated to get back to work and do their jobs well. This public seminar on January 13 is the perfect way to do so. Reserve now and you won’t have to worry about it over the holidays!
It’s no secret. Employees who feel they are valued and recognized for the work they do are more motivated, responsible, and productive. This is a busy one-day workshop to help supervisors and managers create a more dynamic, loyal, and energized workplace. This program is designed specifically to help busy managers and supervisors understand what employees want and to provide them with a starting point for creating champions. Anyone with a direct report can benefit from being able to effectively motivate people.
Workshop participants will be able to identify what motivation is, learn about common motivational theories and how to apply them, and discover how fear and desire affect employee motivation.
