What is the GAC site?
The GAC (Global Assessment Center) Site is an online platform to manage your assessment activities in one place. It lets you schedule assessment links, track candidate progress in real time, download reports, and more. Think of it as your centralized hub for handling all assessment-related tasks.
Who will assess the candidates?
Our seasoned HR–OD Consultant will serve as the primary assessor, who will determine candidates’ readiness to assume critical roles. As needed, additional assessors may be appointed from the relevant departments within both the client organization and Profiles.
What is included in the final report?
It includes a consolidated Competency-Based Assessment Report that outlines each candidate’s strengths, development areas, readiness profile, and the consultant’s recommendations.
