About the Checkpoint 360° Feedback Certification

The CheckPoint 360 Certification is designed for HR professionals, managers, leaders, coaches, consultants, and anyone looking to enhance their knowledge of 360-degree feedback. Meet the Speakers

Mr. Malvinn is a Registered Psychometrician and Director of Assessment Services & Quality Assurance and Compliance at Profiles Asia Pacific Inc., with over a decade of experience in psychometric assessment, data privacy governance, and organizational quality systems. He holds a BS in Psychology from Centro Escolar University and has completed 54 graduate units toward a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at the University of Santo Tomas.

His work covers the full lifecycle of assessment services from test validation and norming to client training and service delivery, so he understands how these tools play out in real workplace settings, not just in theory.

He is certified in Checkpoint 360, MBTI (Steps I and II), EQ-i 2.0, EQ 360, DISC, and ProfileXT, and is a Genos International Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and Trainer. He also serves as his organization’s Data Protection Officer and ISO 27001 Project Lead, and is a certified QMS Internal Auditor under ISO 9001.

He holds certifications in several globally recognized tools, including MBTI (Steps I and II), EQ-i 2.0, EQ 360, DISC, ProfileXT, and Checkpoint 360. He is also a Genos International Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and Trainer.

Outside his day-to-day role, he sits on the Industry Advisory Board of the College of Education and Human Development at Baliuag University, where he contributes to curriculum development, competency-based learning, and workforce-readiness initiatives. He is also a member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines and the International Test Commission.

Ms. Pam is a Licensed Psychometrician since 2015 and a graduate of BS Psychology from Centro Escolar University – Manila. She currently serves as Assessment Services Manager at Profiles Asia Pacific, Inc. where she has been with the company for 18 years.

Her expertise combines psychometrics, people development, and data-driven decision-making to support effective talent assessment and organizational growth.

She brings extensive experience in psychological assessment, talent management, customer success, and operations management. Prior to specializing in assessments, she spent five years covering various HR functions — giving her a well-rounded foundation in people management.

As a facilitator, she has conducted workshops on DISC Personality, executive leadership, and assessment orientation. She also holds a White Belt in Lean Six Sigma, reflecting her commitment to process improvement and operational excellence.
